The Celebrity Eclipse
is the third ship to be built in the new luxurious 'Solstice
Class' of ship and is the first Celebrity ship ever to be
based in Southampton offering no fly round trip cruises.
Celebrity Eclipse will
offer passengers five different European and Mediterranean
cruising itineraries from April 2010 designed for travellers
who prefer to depart from the UK.
In response to demand for new destinations and varying cruise
lengths, Celebrity Eclipse offers a combination of short and
longer itineraries. With sailings from four-night taster
cruises to Cork and 16-night Eastern Mediterranean cruises.
The first season of Celebrity Eclipse features new ports of
call for Celebrity Cruises including Toulon (Provence),
Cagliari (Sardinia) and Malaga (Spain). Plus, the 2010 summer
season of Celebrity Eclipse also includes overnight stays in
Palma de Mallorca on a 14-night Spanish Mediterranean cruise,
and St Petersburg and Copenhagen on a 14-night Scandinavia and
Russia cruise.
One stunning design
feature not found on other ships is the beautifully manicured
'Lawn Club', a half-acre of real grass growing on the top deck
offering you the opportunity for croquet, practicing your golf
putting or even enjoy a picnic at sea.

With a guest to staff
ratio of 2:1 the service they provide is attentive yet
unobtrusive. Every member of staff is dedicated to ensuring
that your cruise is memorable from beginning to end.
Award winning dining
is comparable to London's finest restaurants and features a
number of speciality restaurants* including Silk Harvest
(Asian Fusion), the Tuscan Gille, (Italian-inspired
steakhouse) and Murano (contemporary European). The Main
Dining Room features ocean views, stunning chandeliers and a
two-storey glass wine tower set in a plush and sophisticated

AquaClass is a new
category of stateroom offering exclusive spa and dining
facilities. Passengers choosing this option have access
to the Persian Garden and AquaSpa by Elemis, plus dine in the
single sitting speciality restaurant 'Blu' featuring a more
healthy inspired menu.
